Standard sliders are designed for 'channel method' training (and 2x2 method). The cantileverd pole support holds the PVC vertically and can be easily nudged in and out in respect to the centerline of the base. A stake hole in the outer end of the slider can be used on grass or dirt. Plastic plugs are included to fill the holes if used where staking is impossible or unwanted. Set screw (and T-handle hex wrench) can lock the slider at any position along the support leg.
Approved by AKC reps and used in actual trials.
Standard sliders work with ALL-WAYS bases as well as with our first generation products (EZ Channel and Porta Channel).
Simple design makes standard sliders safe for all dogs.
